nothing fancy here. Just workouts and nutrition.

Weight: 153.0

Workout: 5:30 p.m. spin class at Lifetime fitness

Nutrition:
Breakfast: English muffin with peanut butter plus leftover pizza (chicken alfredo)
Lunch: Chipolte with corn salsa, sour cream, and cheese
Snack: Granola bar
Dinner: 1/2 can chicken enchilada soup

Notes: First time in spin class for awhile. Felt pretty good overall.
